When I land on a site with these types of ads, I question the site’s legitimacy. Why would they want that trash on their site? Why trade convenience for reputation? If a site has high enough traffic to make money from ad network ads, they would be better off in reputation and revenue to manage their own ads, or, use an ad network that only displays high quality ads.

WordPress Continue Reading Link Plugin for Excerpts
Adds a “Continue Reading” link to Hand-Crafted Excerpts on Archive Pages (i.e. Blog). Excerpts are optional hand-crafted summaries of your content, that show up on Archive Pages, RSS feeds, etc. Hand-crafting these summaries give you a SEO as well as click through advantage. Mainly for use with Studio Press since Studio Press adds continue link to auto generated excerpts but not hand-crafted, but should work with other themes as well. Just note that this only modifies output for posts you’ve entered text into the “Excerpt” field, and, for theme that display the “Excerpt” field on Archive Pages.
