 Fred Black (me - on left) meeting John Maxwell! This past weekend I was fortunate enough to hear John C. Maxwell speak, as well as meet him. It was my first time hearing him speak - he is a very powerful speaker and motivator.

For those that don't know, John Maxwell is an internationally recognized leadership expert, speaker, and author. He has sold over 16 million books! That's a lot of books!
