Book Review: Your Internet Cash Machine

Book Review: Your Internet Cash Machine

"Your Internet Cash Machine: The Insiders' Guide to Making Big Money, Fast!" by Joe Vitale and Jillian Coleman Wheeler. (click book image to order)

I just finished reading Your Internet Cash Machine: The Insiders Guide to Making Big Money, Fast! by Joe Vitale and Jillian Coleman Wheeler.

This book covers most of the methods anyone can use to create income via the Internet. It contains a great wealth of information, which is especially valuable for the beginner or experienced Internet Business Entrepreneur. I think this book is probably more valuable for a beginner or moderately experienced person; however it covers such a wide range of topics that there is certainly something of value in it for everyone.

If you're not familiar with Joe Vitale then you need to read his other books that I've listed in the left-hand column of this blog.

Joe Vitale is President of Hypnotic Marketing, Inc., a marketing consulting firm. His professional clients include the Red Cross, PBS, Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital, and many other small and large businesses. His other books include There's a Customer Born Every Minute, The Attractor Factor, and Zero Limits, all from Wiley. Joe is also a featured contributor to the hit movie and bestselling book, The Secret. Learn more at www.mrfire.com.

Jillian Coleman Wheeler is a grants and business consultant. She is the author of The Other Secrets, Going Beyond the Law of Attraction, and The New American Land Rush. Her essays have also been featured in Joe Vitale's Life's Missing Instruction Manual and Meet and Grow Rich. For more information, visit www.grantmerich.com.

Personally, I thought the first chapter in the book offers the most valuable insight to achieving success. Maybe that's because I'm familiar with the concepts presented in the other chapters, or maybe it's because I recognize the truth when it is standing in front of me. Note: this has NOT always been the case!

Here are some passages from the first chapter that I really like:

Pg. 4 "We believe there are no accidents. Everything that happens in life is purposeful. Every event and every experience offers us the opportunity to learn and grow, and to move forward toward the life we desire. Even the most challenging, most painful experiences can be transformed, like lead into gold, to create beauty."

Also on Pg. 4 "We refused to spend time focusing on what we did not have, and we kept our attention and our imaginations fixed on our visions of our ideal lives - the direction in which we firmly believed we were heading."

Pg. 12. "Every time you bad-mouth money, you're saying "I don't want any."

Pg. 14. "Working long, hard hours is not the secret to success."

Also on Pg. 14. "No matter what happens, no matter how tight the cash flow seems or how difficult the learning curve, keep your dreams on the front burner. Focus not on what you think life is giving your. Focus only on how you want your life to be. Think only of your dreams. Don't ignore problems, either; just know the Universe [God] can change anything instantly.

[Insertion of the word God is mine]

The authors cover how to make money online using the following:

  • Auctions

  • Affiliate Sales

  • Social Networking Sites

  • Information Products

Section two takes you through setting up your web site, getting the word out so that people know it exists, and making your writing Hypnotic.

Section three talks about growing your business using the following:

  • Quality

  • Support Networks

  • Laws you need to know

  • Business Plans

This book really lays the groundwork for starting a business online. It's a valuable addition to your library and a great reference to have on your bookshelf.

Until next time,
Fred

Lokos like a great book, if it's anything like Joe Vitale's other products it's definitely worth buying as long as you ignore the new agey material and focus on the marketing lessons.

Looks like a compelling read. I do like the focus on the vision and holding fast to the dream. Too many people tend to get caught up in their "problems" instead of focusing on the solutions and the ultimate desired outcome. If you lose sight of the goal and your attention shifts to problems, lack etc - that is what you end up manifesting because that is where your focus is centered. Controlling the mind and your thoughts will go a long way in assisting you in becoming the true success you want rather than succumbing to your fears and anxieties and magnifiying these instead.

The universe/void/god is reflective, unlimited, and non judgemental - it provides you the exact and precise reality you accept and reinforce in your mind consciously and subconscounsciously every day every moment. It is critical to read books like this that remind us to maintain our focus despite what we see around us - thought preceeds all reality - so your past does not and should not equal your future unless you stay in the past emotions. Providing you are aware of your voices in your head in the present and get control of your unconscious conversations of lack, fear, guilt, judgement and self worth issues, you can achieve, experience accomplish anything you set your mind to with passion, determination and focus.
